Linguatime offers a selection of good quality accommodation to choose from.

Whether you would like to experience the culture by living with an English speaking host family or want to enjoy an international atmosphere by sharing an apartment or prefer your independence in a hotel or a private apartment, we will help you find the right accommodation to suit your needs.

Homestay

Living with a Maltese family gives you the opportunity to experience the Maltese culture and way of life.

Host family accommodation means shared accommodation (with a maximum of 4 persons per room) and includes breakfast as well as an evening meal. A single room can be booked at extra charge.

During the hot months a fan will be provided as will be a heater during the cold months, and bed linen and towels are changed once a week.
The host family may help with the laundry, though this needs to be discussed with the family.

Linguatime’s host families are centrally located and within walking distance of the school (a 10 to 25 minutes walk or a 5 to 10 minutes bus ride).
All the host families are carefully selected and licensed by the MTA (Malta Tourism Authority).

Self-catering Apartments

The self-catering apartments are ideal for students who prefer to be independent.

Living in shared apartments offers students the opportunity to make friends with all other Linguatime students living in the apartments.

The apartments are well kept and fully equipped with a kitchen and all cooking facilities, cutlery and utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided by the school and laundered once a week. A launderette is available for students at extra charge.

Linguatime offers a cleaning service once a week, however, the school requests that the apartments are kept clean and tidy at all times in order to be considerate towards other students living in the apartments.

All apartments are within walking distance from the school (a 5 to 15 minutes walk).

Hotels

There are many hotels in the vicinity of the school.

Hotels range from two to four star and most of them have rooms with TV, air-conditioning and a swimming pool.
